Shipping & Refund Policy

We currently deliver only within Nigeria through our logistics partner GIG Logistics (GIGL).

• Lagos: 2–4 business days
• South-West states: 3–5 business days
• South-East & South-South: 4–7 business days
• Northern Nigeria: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics capacity, and external factors.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and GIGL rates. You will see the exact delivery fee before confirming your order.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS/email notification with a tracking number to monitor delivery via GIGL.

• Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout.

Items damaged due to customer mishandling, or products marked as “Final Sale” at checkout, are not eligible for return or refund.
